Noodle Soup
Make a delicious noodle soup (serves 4).
The best noodle soup is homemade and, of course, topped with crispy fried onions.
Ingredients
- 200 grams of noodles
- 4 eggs
- 2 corn on the cob
- 100 grams of unsalted peanuts
- 2 spring onions
- 1 liter of chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons fried onions
Preparation
- Boil the eggs until hard (about 8-10 minutes), cool them in cold water, peel, and cut in half.
- Chop the unsalted peanuts.
- Cut the corn on the cob into pieces and boil them for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
- Finely chop the garlic.
- Slice the spring onions into small rings.
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the boiled eggs, corn pieces, garlic, spring onions, and noodles.
- Stir in the chili sauce and soy sauce.
- Add the chopped peanuts.
- Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top before serving.
