Noodle Soup

Make a delicious noodle soup (serves 4).

The best noodle soup is homemade and, of course, topped with crispy fried onions.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams of noodles
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 corn on the cob
  • 100 grams of unsalted peanuts
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 liter of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons fried onions

Preparation

  1. Boil the eggs until hard (about 8-10 minutes), cool them in cold water, peel, and cut in half.
  2. Chop the unsalted peanuts.
  3. Cut the corn on the cob into pieces and boil them for 10-15 minutes until soft. Drain and set aside.
  4. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. Slice the spring onions into small rings.
  6. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  7. Heat the broth in a large pot over medium heat.
  8. Add the boiled eggs, corn pieces, garlic, spring onions, and noodles.
  9. Stir in the chili sauce and soy sauce.
  10. Add the chopped peanuts.
  11. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  12. Sprinkle crispy fried onions on top before serving.
