Poké bowl

Make a delicious poké bowl in 5 easy steps (serves 2).

The best poké bowl is homemade and, of course, topped with crispy fried onions.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of rice
  • Olive oil
  • 200g smoked salmon
  • 1 shallot
  • 1 mango
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 avocado
  • Julienne-cut vegetables
  • Fried onions

Preparation

  1. Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Rinse it with cold water until fully cooled.
  2. Cut the smoked salmon into small pieces. Heat a little oil in a pan and lightly sear the salmon.
  3. Dice the shallot, mango, avocado, and cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Fill a bowl with the cooled rice, seared salmon, shallot, mango, avocado, cucumber, and julienne-cut vegetables.
  5. Finally, sprinkle some fried onions over the poké bowl for extra flavor and crunch.
